Irabella 'Elle' Vanrindé was just a normal girl, at a normal school, with normal friends. And she's deathly allergic to cashews. Especially when they're unsalted. So when she ate some cashews hidden in some brownies, the last thing she thought would happen was to rise up from her casket completely alive.

So now Irabella 'Elle' Vanrindé is being chased around the world by the government, other vampires, and werewolves, with a strangely attractive boy, all because she's a vampire.
