The three become friends after they get the treasure of Blazie's back. Pattie teams up with Blazie and Elyon to become a member at Wigglytuff's Guild, one of the best Rescuing Guilds around the world, trying to figure out her past, and how she turned from human to Pokémon.

The World of Darkness [Complete] by Charizard_100

While helping good old Bill with a new experiment, Crystal--who is now known as Pearl--sent herself into a different dimension that is inhabited by Pokémon. The thing is, the time she enters is due to accident that she doesn't realize, and also one of complete darkness. She meets a Treecko and Celebi who have talked about changing the dark fate of their world, and she helps set their plan in motion. Before action, however, they have much work to do. They explained the Time Gears to Pearl, and those were what needed to be found to prevent the paralysis of the world. They also trained in combat, history, and ancient languages. In the midst of it all, Treecko evolves, and Pearl reveals the possibility of this future becoming non-existant, along with the rest of the Pokémon. Still, they continue their journey to save the world from darkness and enter the past, as Temporal Tower starts its collapse. This is set before the story of PMD: Explorers of Sky. This is my story plot, and Crystal/Pearl is my Trainer OC. I have a previous book that I recommend, but it doesn't add much to this story or the next. A Treeko, named Vine, joins soon after. Little did the Team know, Rose was on a mission of her own. She vaguely remembers she had a partner with her. And she's determined to find him again. But she doubts she will. Until... A Time Gear gets stolen. Then another. Then another. It is after the fourth Time Gear is stolen that the Team goes out to find The Thief. But when Rose comes face-to-face with him, suddenly she realizes something startling, that every time she sees The Thief, something goes off in her mind. Like, her memory. Then, suddenly, something terrible happens, and a Pokemon that was once a friend ends up being the real villain. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Quenched Torch by Sudmensch

So, I woke up as an apparently feral Oshawott without any memories but being human in a world where humans are long gone, and now I have to join my ever-anxious Treecko friend, journey through this strange land without even being able to speak, and find answers or die trying, all while a mysterious group plots some dark path for me and this world. Yep, sounds reasonable to me. (On hiatus.)
