Deep in the dungeons of Pri lies a city named Frey. Once a sprawling government compound, Frey now lies as an abandoned cell block, the prison of the government's most feared experiments: the werewolves. Living off materials sent in wooden crates by the government, the werewolves of Frey are restless. Memories wiped and pasts erased, they long for escape beyond the cold, hard walls. And there might be a werewolf who can get them out: OL-163, a former government agent renamed Oliver.
But Oliver is still largely under the control of the government. He has been sent to execute the werewolves of Frey, and the only things stopping him from completing his mission are a limited supply of wolfs-bane, a crush on Frey's leader, and his own free will.

THIS IS A SEQUEL TO HE'S MY MATE I feel the cold stones pressed to my back, seeping through the piece of fabric I have on to cover my body, the concrete below just as cold. This room, wherever it is, is kept low, low enough to bring my body temperature down. I haven't been able to access my wolf since I had been drugged when they got me. I don't know who they are, some monsters that have kept me prisoner. I don't even know how long I've been here. I tried counting the days, but when there are no windows, barely any lights, and when you keep getting knocked out by drugs, it makes it impossible to guess. I feel the deep pit of despair coming back to swallow me whole. The mood swings I keep going through, they must be a side effect of whatever it is they're giving me. There's no way out of this, there's no way Alarik will find me, and there's no way I can break free. I give up pulling on the shackles that bind my wrists, the skin there rubbed raw and scabbing from all the times I've tried to pull them loose. Even if I had my wolf strength, they're made of silver. There's no way I'm getting out of them, not unless someone unlocks them with a key. *************** Following Allison's disappearance, Alarik has been on edge. He's seached the entire pack, looked every possible place near their lands and hasn't found a single piece of evidence that leads to her, and what's worse is he can't link to her. They call them enforcers-They are the ones that come in and clean up when laws have been broken. They are the most feared and strongest of us. They were the ones who couldn't live peacefully in the packs so they decided to make use of them. Soliditary wolves with alpha personalities. I am not like them. I'm worse. I'm a considered a rogue. Something that must be hunted down an exterminated. I'm not a bad person and I've never hurt anyone in my life but my wolf, I can't control her when I shift. We saw something when we were young. My whole pack was slaughter before our eyes and now my wolf is like a wounded animal she lashes out at times unable to tell between friend and foes. A uncontrollable wolf is dangerous in a pack. That is why I chose to live as a rogue, hiding from the werewolf committee and their laws. Luckily I've learned to blend in very well but when I end up in the wrong place at the wrong time my peaceful life quickly comes to an end. Now I'm the prisoner of the enforcers who should have killed me. Why haven't they killed me? Well because by some cruel trick my mate turned out to be their leader.
