The last thing sixteen-year-old Alexis Mathews--or Alex wanted to do over the summer was be shipped off to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Her cousin Two-Bit was hesitant about introducing her to the gang, but when she meets them, her summer gets a little bit more exciting. Love, hate, fear, anger, how will Alex be able to survive a summer like none other? Being a greaser isn't all drive-ins and greasy hair. There's danger that lies in her adventures with the gang. But there's also fun like Alex has never had. Will this be a summer to remember, or will she get in a little too far over her head? Who knew one summer could change someone forever?
