When Evan DeLuca finds herself at the gates of the great London Institute in Victorian England, something is most definitely wrong in London's Shadow World.  Shadowhunters, half angel, half human, very fictional characters from her aunt's imagination, take her in as the Magister hunts for Tessa Gray, another mysterious arrival for the Nephilim.   Not only does the story not follow its written path, but Evan finds herself thrown into the middle of the magic and wonder as she finds that she must fight for her own life now as well.  

All rights to Cassandra Clare, original author of The Infernal Devices.  There are EXACT QUOTES by her in this fanfiction.  The plot is hers, the timeline is hers, everything is hers except Evan DeLuca and the few changes she brings to the story.

The four shadow hunters' daily life was the same, they went on a missions and killed demons. That was until Clary Fray came along. What will happen once she comes along and finds out that she is a shadow hunter herself like her mother and learns about the shadow world. What will happen when they find out Valentine is still alive and has Jocelyn Fray; Clary's mother. They and The Clave will do anything to get their hands on the Mortal Cup; the most important thing in the shadow world. Before downworlders do, better yet before Valentine does. Everyone wants The Mortal Cup and it's up to the shadow hunters and Clary to find it. Secrets will be unraveled and trust will be broken.

Also, some scenes I use also belong to author Cassandra Clare because I took them out of the book to make my story as close to the real book as possible!
