This island, off the coast of North America, is divided into two parts: the countryside and the city. Mavis lives in the country, but only until her plan for escape is finalized. She can't take all the sun, the bubbly people, and the bad memories reminding her of the horrors hidden beneath the surface. The perfect countryside is not what it seems, and Mavis is the only one that knows. To pursue her passion for writing, and plan to move to the city once she's 18, an internship at the city's largest bookstore is just what she needs. Jack has continued to live in the city, even after his mom died. In the past, he didn't make the best choices, but his father's trying to change that. This sudden control over Jack's life sends him to an internship at the city's largest bookstore. He'll be somewhat cooperative and test out the job, but sooner or later, he's moving to the countryside. Whether it's to get away from his father, or all his mistakes, it's unclear. But when both people cross paths, who will actually follow out with their original dream? And who will create a whole new one altogether? Just read, I promise it's not bad, Panda's honor
