But when she reaches the nearest orphanage, she has to change her identity to Natalie Rosa. But what happens when her parents decide to adopt a kid and they pick her. And she has to go back to her old school before the accident happened. And acts like she only speaks Spanish to help keep her secret. But what happens when her crush finds out about the accident and has liked Natalia back and once he sees Natalie has an instant liking towards her. Find out in this story.
