"Who?" "Oh, her. She's so quiet and shy." "She's a huge freak." "What's wrong with her?" "Is she mute?" People would often say of Vervain, should they ever be asked about her. She never spoke to anyone, never looked anyone in the eye. The teachers never called on her in class, and (on rare occasions when someone had the nerve to) when people spoke to her, she just shrugged and continued on her way. She was intimidating, her very prescence scarying most. All she wanted was a normal life, a life where she did not have to worry about harming someone without intent. But, she knew better. All it took was one little slip-up of her attitude, and... But, everything would soon change when she came to a boarding school for people like her, a place where mysterious things were the normality, a place were humans treaded carefully.

Mind Wars

Demeter attends a prestigious boarding school with a logical brain and a lot of knowledge she finds useless, with all of the students having high grades and attending fun school events. But all that is nothing but a fabric of lies to cover up the truth. Demeter is already used to the strange things that happen in her school, from people screaming too loud, to people isolating themselves in a corner. This can even be considered normal. But as mysterious and disturbing deaths start appearing, Demeter knows this has to be the work of someone outside the school. She wants no part of it, as long as it has nothing to do with her. That was the rule she followed all her life. Don't stick your nose where it doesn't belong. But it seems that she was already a part of it, right from the beginning. Would her logic lead her and her friends to their downfall or would it be their weapon? One thing is for sure, she needs her friends and their uniqueness.
