It was a dark and gloomy day. The streets were filled with screams of terror. Corpses were piled up like mountains. Grell's clothes were tattered. She flew as fast as she could. Suddenly, she felt a sharp pain in her back. She felt sharp claws touch her back. In shock, she realized her wings were missing. As Xanthia was about to kill her, her parents grabbed Xanthia. "Run!" her mom called out to her. She ran and never looked back. Once she had gotten to refuge, she was told the bad news; her parents didn't make it. Grell would forever be known as the wingless angel.
