Carrion Crew

The nation is torn by constant war, but some have found a way to profit by salvaging in the aftermath of battles. Ripping up and selling dead war machines isn't easy work, but it's a way to survive. Until it isn't.

A strange new collector with the ability to strip an entire battlefield of salvage arrives, threatening the lives and livelyhood of Kourtney's crew. When Ash, Kourtney's younger sister, runs away to investigate the new machine, Kourtney has to find a way to keep her crew -- her family -- from falling apart, even if that means going to her estranged husband for help. But as difficult as holding her family together is, the machine represents a greater threat than the crew could ever anticipate.
