Sam was done with hunting for good. He was sure of it. But just to be sure, he left for England. There were fewer Hunters due to the lower influx of monsters, meaning that there was less chance some monster would appear out of nowhere.
On the plane he meets an intriguing woman named Lacy. Only seconds into sitting with her, Sam was laughing at her jokes, at how silly and childish her brother and his girlfriend could be and fearing Cameron and Bailey with their death threats. Then the group noticed that they were paired to live together since they were all pegged as coming together for College. It was a happy time, the first three months. Sam developed a huge crush on Lacy and her on Sam. Bailey and Cameron got engaged and Kate and Todd were pretty much the same as when Sam met them. Then the murders started...
The town was small, there were no detectives yet and the small pool of PIs in the town wouldn't take the case, which forced the town to call upon the new recruits. While Cameron runs the murders against the criminal database, Bailey and Lacy start looking at all of victims for signs no one picked up on.
The group starts locking more doors, shutting up when Sam was around, being more secretive then they had ever been.
After a week, Sam was annoyed and worried, so while the others were out at the grocery store, at work or running errands, he picked the lock to Lacy's room. But what he found, he never would've suspected...
