Pollution has wiped out ninety nine percent of the population. The remaining inhabitants live in a series of underground facility's governed by their leader, Roger Keswick. Iris and her little brother Fipher are alone. After their parent's died in the pollution crisis they were forced to fend for themselves. When Fipher goes missing, it falls upon Iris and her friend Chase to seek him out and bring him home.
