Tokiwadai Middle School. The most prestigious all girls school in the world. Nestled in the School Garden district of Academy City, where the most powerful espers attend the most high class schools, it is every boy's dream to somehow sneak a peek at the girls who attend. 

That.. is not Ben's wish. He already has a girlfriend who attends that school after all. But it's not like he has a choice in the matter. After much debate, Tokiwadai decides to pick a random boy from A Certain High School to attend Tokiwadai twice a week as part of an experimental program, and Ben is selected.

Academy City. A large city in Japan that is comprised completely of research centers, colleges, high schools, middle schools, and elementary schools. 81 percent of it's population is comprised of students while 60 percent of students are super powered psychics created through Academy City's power development program called Espers. Mikoto Misaka is the third strongest Esper out of that 2.1 billion that dwell in Academy City, being also a prestigious student at the most high class all girl's school in the entire world. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. And as Mikoto will soon discover.. Ben's true powers.. completely unrelated to his esper ones... are quite out of this world...literally.. ( Also known as とある科学のオムニトリックス Toaru Kagaku no Omunitorikkusu.)

In this story I'm aging the people of a certain scientific railgun by 1 year. But touma, index, motoharu, and other characters in toumas class are the same age as before. For plot reasons. Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy. Could it be love? I DO NOT OWN ANY PICTURES I USE IN THIS. I MAY MAKE A COLLOGUE OF PICTURES BUT I DO NOT OWN THEM. And if that isn't enough, two men by the names of Gajeel Redfox and Stiyl Magnus appear in town to tell her not to trust anything the highschool has to say. Things then start to get more confusing as strange people in kimonos calling themselves Soul Reapers attempt to capture Mikoto, Natsu, and Lucy, saying that they now know too much and must have their minds wiped............Now if Mikoto wishes to protect her friends and discover who she truly is....she must reawaken both the esper and Dragon Slayer power that has been sleeping within her.......or Yugami town might become an everlasting prison.
