Tokiwadai Middle School. The most prestigious all girls school in the world. Nestled in the School Garden district of Academy City, where the most powerful espers attend the most high class schools, it is every boy's dream to somehow sneak a peek at the girls who attend. 

That.. is not Ben's wish. He already has a girlfriend who attends that school after all. But it's not like he has a choice in the matter. After much debate, Tokiwadai decides to pick a random boy from A Certain High School to attend Tokiwadai twice a week as part of an experimental program, and Ben is selected.

Can Ben's aliens save him from a hodge podge of Mikoto Misaka's classmates? Can he survive the wrath of Kuroko Shirai? Will he EVER find the Golden Sumo Slammer card? WHY DOES EVERYONE WANT TO AMBUSH HIM WITH FAN SERVICE!?

In this story I'm aging the people of a certain scientific railgun by 1 year. But touma, index, motoharu, and other characters in toumas class are the same age as before. For plot reasons. Ben 10 moves to academy city to establish a plumber base in the futuristic city. And to add on to his list of problems Azmuth drops off three 5 year old girls with the minds and body's of 12 year olds who are also bens little sisters/clones. Mikoto misaka is the third strongest esper in academy city. She meets Ben after being saved from aliens by him. Not long after she starts to feel something for the strange and heroic boy. Naturally, having such high powers, she has faced many weird phenomenon within the city known for the weird and scientifically advanced. However.. her knowledge about the universe is challenged when she meets a particularly weak esper named Ben Tennyson, whose been living on the streets because he couldn't afford the dorm. And as Mikoto will soon discover.. Ben's true powers.. completely unrelated to his esper ones... are quite out of this world...literally..
