He looked at her saying nothing, but it was the kind of nothing that meant everything. In front of him he could see a broken angel trying to hold back her tears but she couldn't hide them any more and as she started to cry he hugged her, a hug to tell her that no matter what he will always be there for her.
She had her face buried in his shoulder, crying till he felt his bones grow wet and weak from her tears, he had thought he was strong but when she cried he knew he wasn't strong enough for it.
