Taylor was not one for going out. Rather than going to parties, she'd stay at home reading and watching movies. The only productive thing she went to was art club. That was until she gets picked to be on the cheerleading team at her new school. The teachers from her old and new school, decided that she needed to be sportier and made the head cheerleader allow Taylor onto the team. When Taylor was told, she obviously made up excuses but she had to do it. Cheerleading practice is on at the same time as the football club but Taylor didn't know that. So, when she ends up getting thrown over near the boys by her fellow team mates, she bumps into the schools most popular boy. Mason is the schools most popular boy. He's on the football and track team and is a girl charmer. Every girl he's been with, he dumps a few days after. Long time relationships aren't his thing, he'd rather have a fling. That's until he meets Taylor, the problematic, accident prone, now a cheerleader girl. Everything goes perfectly until realisation, the future and the past catches up to them.

Complete! "You know I really like you, right?" He was definitely drunk. "You do?" I asked. My voice was supposed to be teasing, but I think it came off as a bit startled. He laughed, "Yeah, why else would I trust you with all my secrets?" -- Betty was many things; a romantic, a fashion designer, a bit more jealous than the average girl, great with a camera, a helpful daughter and a good friend. But she was best known for being nice. And usually, the boy did not want the 'nice' girl. But this summer she was going to prove to Mike, her crush since FOREVER, that nice was enough. She was going to have an amazing summer, a perfect Junior year, and finally have her first kiss. It was a foolproof plan. Moving from her childhood home in Arizona to New Mexico at the start of Junior year was never a part of Betty's plan. But sometimes when parents are involved, plans change. So now the nice girl had to start over at a new school in a new State. And when the (maybe not so bad) bad boy, Eli, gets involved, it might be hard to be known as 'the nice girl'.
