After a nuclear war nearly in 2150 the whole Earth has become uninhabitable for humans. There are some major cities which are still running but have very scarce resources such as food, water and oil. There are tall, thick walls protecting people from the outside world, surrounding the whole city and there is a ceiling, blocking the radiation from seeping in as air is filtered through the roof. The year is now 2205 which is the beginning for Earth to become how it was before. There are a group of people called The Warriors who go out and try to look for resources, facing death daily. A seventeen year old boy tries to steal food for his friend, he gets caught and is sentenced to death. The only way he could get out is if he joined The Warriors to search for a mythical jungle which is rumored to be flourishing in food and water. The journey is going to be very dangerous and death can come at any corner. There are bandit clans, somehow surviving outside of the walls and new types of animals unseen from humans that they didn't know existed. He will meet new friends, make some enemies and will be manipulated to do some really idiotic things, will he survive the journey and become a hero? Or will he die anyway?

*Prologue* To be entirely honest with you, I never really considered my future. It's not like I needed to...right? Why would you care about jobs and your educational success when you could be scavenging for food, perhaps? I mean what use is your academic future in the apocalypse? Dramatic right? As I sit here, writing this down, I feel a little pathetic. Although the chance that someone would read my story is incredibly low, I can't help but feel a small glimmer of hope that someone will find it. It would become an instant best-seller! Who wouldn't read the first-hand account of a zombie apocalypse survivor? Even if that day were to arrive, I can guarantee that I won't be alive to see it. The world is a complete and total mess and we are the only ones to blame. Why do you ask? Well, why don't we take a trip down memory lane? First, people alone destroyed the earth with pollution, making it the ultimate playground for the undead. Second, we created the virus that single-handedly destroyed 97% of the human population. Wonderful, is it not?

EXTRACT FROM BOOK: I don't know how to live anymore. With everyone I care about dead, all I can do is focus on Survival finding Food, Fresh Water and Keeping away from the dangerous groups of Reluquos. After the Disease that killed off the Majority of the world finally deceased it left the world a Hostile and Dangerous place. With approximately 2,500 people left in America and 15,000 left in the world, it isn't often you come across someone just passing by, there are three main groups that stick together The Beati, who are the apocalyptic version of a hippy, The Operarios Group (just normal people trying to survive), and then of course The Reluquos the power hungry killers who execute anyone who try's to get in their way or disagrees with them. Oh and then there are just the Loners like me hoping to find somewhere they can fit in and belong. I don't know what made me go this route but for some reason I did and now I'm standing face to face with a Reluquos Army Leader. His strong arm grips onto my Shoulder stopping me from moving, He regards me coolly studying my face for signs of fear, which I'm trying my damned hardest to suppress. Finally he talks....
