He has saved me multiple times before and I didn't even know. I watched as he walked into the street and went to cross. 

"H-hey! Wait." I called after him stepping forward, he stopped and stood in the middle of the road. 

"Thanks." I said he looked over his shoulder at me a little and nodded than started walking again. 

"What's your name?" I asked before he got to far away. He was not half way down the side walk, for a second I thought he didn't hear but he his gruff voice called out into the night. 

"Damon Salvatore." I smiled as I got his name. Wait salvatore? Stefan has a brother, as realization hit me I looked up and went to yell after him but he was gone. No where in sight.
