Ghost

A young girl Annie who wakes up in ghost form not knowing that she had died from the car accident she had just been in caused by a mysterious man on the road, lives on through her town thinking everyone doesn't like her. When she finds out the truth she uses her time to find the man who did this and end him so know one else becomes a victim.
