In the mid 22nd Century, Demons and Humans coexist on both Earth and the demonic native planet, Terres. On Earth, Demons are mostly accepted, except for the largest city on Earth, Central, which blocks Demons out of its borders and plans to integrate its ideals into other cities around the globe. This sparks the story of two individuals, the soldier who is sent to make sure this plan succeeds, and the detective who has the will to silently fight back.
