Dominating Submissive

The world is rubbish now. No more government, no more laws, but rules. Rules that happen to be very strict. There were the Lower Class, people who were treated poorly and were over looked. Then there was the Upper Class, the ones who ruled everything. There was only a couple, like five or six.

But in the Lower Class, there are Specials who have a mark that indicates that Upper Class cannot rule over them, they overpower. That mark also happened to be on one of the six Upper Class.

Lucien was that person with the Mark. But with his feminine structure and facial features, everyone looked over him. Until one day, the bank busy with people, one Upper Class walking in with his fragrance. Everyone fell to their knees. All except Lucien.
