When Jezzabell lost her mom, she had to learn that goodbyes are never permanent. She realized that her and her mother would be reunited someday. But what she also discovered is that foster homes never seem to be permanent either.
	Jezzabell is a rambunctious firecracker of energy, a girl ready to live. She hasn’t ever allowed anything to get her down, and each new home brings new adventures. She’s always ready to start fresh. Jezzabell moves from home to home, staying in one place for a week or two at most. Nobody seems to want her, to welcome her into their family with open arms.
