Advances in genetic engineering and neural interfaces have led to a society where augmented animals can communicate with their human partners, and modified humans can telepathically control their machines.  But this isn't how everyone thinks the world should be.  

Some people think they should be allowed to telepathically control animals, and even weaker humans.  These people have taken over the land and started expanding into space.  And they're destroying the planet in the process.

The resistance escaped to the seas, fractured among the world's waters. In the year 2049 almost everyone in the world is some form of cyborg with the exception of a small group of individuals known as the resistance. A.I. Has been made illegal the only androids are command droids which function under certain rules and are not considered alive. The world is in a state of world peace but also mass chaos, the only things that matter in this future world are sex and money. Their us an elite force formally known as the FBI now known as UFD. The higher levels of the cities are for the wealthy the lower levels are for the poor. Mass chaos and violence run rampant in the lower levels the UFD try to maintain the peace but with so much going things tend to slip through. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized. The company known as CT is the for front of cyber innovations with the exception of privately funded military contracts......

What if people who were trying to save us a long time ago had a failed experiment, and now those people that were trying to save us are now trying to save only the few, the great mosquito outbreak of 2020 will go down in history as one of the worst tragedies that this world will ever know. The genetically modified mosquitoes did what they were put on earth to do, but they forgot the other half, to die. Instead, the mosquitoes spread the genes to people, slowly eroding the blood cells and killing them, but they aren't really dead, it's a virus. Thoughts who survived started a rebellion, and some are not all human. This book has bitter rivals, but not what you would think, a true love but not with who you think, and a betrayal but one you will never see coming. Beware, and don't get attached to the people you see. Beware the crimson heads and trust no one you hold dear.
