Zayn is madly in love with his band mate Harry but he’s keeping it inside not letting it out from fear of something happening, Zayn uses other methods to cope with his secret he holds so dear by cutting just making another secret to hide. Zayn holds a smile trying to seem fine but he's not, he’s sick physical and mental.

ya sounds like another depression story well to tell you the truth it is, but good comes out of it sooner or later.
