No one has any idea what it's like to be a cop in a city full of superheroes.  It's being last to the crime scene and first to fall under scrutiny, but it doesn't stop Cody Fisher from doing his job.  Er, most of the time.  

Faulkner is the best-protected city in the United States--that is, until the public accepts two revolutionaries as their saviours.  Before long, the city is in shambles, and the government can't keep it under control alone.

While Adlet and Jenna intend on doing this by the books, their unsavory past with two of String's captains may muddy their judgement, or, more accurately, it already has.
