Victoria Johnston, a small town girl also born and raised in Cotati, California. She's not exactly a loser but nowhere near popular. She's had a hard life and is not dealing well, she's depressed and suicidal.

Dylan Park, Victoria's best friend, he's popular, plays on the football team and is the schools 'player'. Him and Victoria have known each other for roughly 6 years, been best friends ever since.
