“Don’t say it, don’t ask it, I wouldn’t be able to say no,” he whispered, his voice full of desire. “I can’t…we can’t…not yet, not now.” He lifted my chin slowly with his finger again.

His eyes almost pleaded with mine to ask him and not ask him in, but the smart logical thing to do would be to wait - not complicate this even more. Not while there was still risk involved.

Sonja Winters has finally been able to start picking up the broken pieces of her personal life with the help of therapy after leaving an abusive ex. With her career picking up she thinks things can only get better, until circumstances out of her control bring unwelcome change to her perfected routine.

Evan Jacobs partners with a longtime friend to start their own medical practice together, but when they take a meeting with the new web designer, he’s shocked. Didn’t he just see that woman on the couch - on his couch? He can’t afford to have history repeat itself.

Neither of them expected to find the other in therapy or expected being 'On the Couch' to be so ... stimulating.

Top Rankings: #1 in Rope #1 in Kinky ________________________________________________________________________ Silence holds the room in a deep embrace while I process his words. "What do you mean you agree with the boy?" "Something is off with you. You are disconnected, full of venomous attitude and out of touch with self." With a deep breath, I try to regain control in a situation which suddenly fells as if it is going against me. "It's just a hard moment in life right now, Sir." A sarcastic note hits the last word, as it flicks off my tongue. For I wait a breath, trying to internally compose myself. "It is not my intent to show disrespect to either of you, in any of my roles within this household." "And yet..." The words hung in the air. An overwhelming emotional waves , my shoulders sagged, and I nodded. "Our boy came to me with concerns for your health and well-being. You've unnecessarily worried him, caused concerns for me while I was on travel and worse yet- placed yourself in stressful situations, hard mental states and a place of personal exhaustion." His words cause me to notice a mental weight I did not realize I carried. "You are to take the rest of the day and tomorrow to clear up your desk. Alert your office you need to take two days off. This is a three day weekend, it will give us enough time to adjust this attitude and hit the reset button." "That is not necessary, Sir. While I know I'm out of sorts, I don't think we need to initiate a reset protocol and rite. Besides, the rest button takes more than just a command to make it happen." "Then we should follow the household rules and take a vote. Two-thirds majority will either start the reset protocol or we will sit down to find a different direction. As per our whole agreement when we all entered this unique relationship - we are all equal for this vote. Do you agree to to the vote, Tess?"

"I think it's best we stay cordial while we're here. You know, avoid any awkwardness," I say, trying to sound casual. Jay leans against the doorframe, his eyes flickering with amusement as he watches me. "You want to be friends?" "No. I mean, not friends. Just civil," I answer, a little too quickly. "Okay. I can do civil," he says, his gaze never leaving mine like he is trying hard to read me. I look away, suddenly too exposed beneath his gaze. Damnit! This is going to be harder than I thought. - It was a moment. One that could have turned into something more.Until she walked away. Eight months later, Ira has to face him again. And this time, there's nowhere to run. Not for at least a week. After all, it's her best friend's wedding and he's invited too. So, she does what she's always done best-pretend. Pretend nothing happened. Pretend he didn't matter. Pretend her heart didn't skip a beat the second she saw him again. But Jay? He's not playing pretend. With that maddening smile and the kind of charm that should come with a warning, he's determined to remind her of everything she's tried to forget- even the years she's spent years mastering the art of detachment. He's the only one who's ever come close to reaching the version of her that she thought, she had buried long ago. And that's what makes him dangerous. Because she shouldn't return to who she was. She's ice. And he? He's the fire that never stopped burning. The real question is: Can she let his fire thaw the ice that's long been her shield?

He hissed as the alcohol touched his bleeding wound and he grabbed my hand. His touch ignited a flame and I knew that later I might have to treat myself for burns. "I'm sorry, did that hurt?" I asked, softly. I tried to calm my breathing as I did so, he was so close. The years that I spent staying away from his kind weren't paying off. "No," He retorted sarcastically, still holding onto my hand. "I hissed because I'm a snake. Of course that hurt, pumpkin." His comment awakened several buried memories, but I ignored them and continued to work on his wound. "Could you please let go of my hand now?" I muttered. He smirked and shook his head. "Do I scare you?" he asked, completely ignoring my question. Even though he did scare me, he scared me completely biscuit-less, I rose my head up and shook my light brown waves. "Absolutely, not." ************************ Gemma Reynolds is an an overworked nurse and probably one of the most innocent and pure people you will ever meet. When Wyatt comes into the hospital battered, bruised and bleeding, one night, Gemma is to take care of him. Through several long nights at the hospital, dangerous hide outs and intricate explanations, Gemma figures out that there is more to life than her simple routine and maybe nursing the bad boy isn't as bad as it seems.

~Completed~ "Why are you being so shy?" He whispered. "I've seen, kissed, tasted every inch of your body. There is nothing to hide." I averted my eyes feeling heat in my cheeks and hoping that he could not feel it under his fingers. He made a frustrated noise then ducked down and pressed a kiss to the base of my jaw. The fingers previously on my cheek were now tilting my head back. "Scarlett Summer," he said into my ear, "sometimes you are the most infuriating person I have ever met." "I'm sorry." I whispered. "God, why are you apologizing? It is me who should be sorry for all of the unspeakable thoughts in my mind pertaining to you. You know I was not kidding when I said I was a dominating person. I know you've experienced it first-hand. I'm too rough with you I know that. You're just so, so breakable." He whispered the last part in my ear with so much behind it. "Sometimes I think I want to break you. Just shatter you into tiny pieces." His voice was shaky as he made his confession. "Do it then." I challenged with guile, devoid of self-preservation. ********************************************************************************* Scarlett has got some issues to say the least. She lives her life in her past and she is always waiting to die. There are a few things she enjoys, like her family, but even they are a compilation of bad memories and sore spots of her past.
