This is a love story about a girl named Elena Walters and her struggle with her grief after her older sisters unexpected death in a car crash. Five years later she is no longer the sweet blond haired beauty she used to be; she is now Elena Walters the shut-in who only has one good friend and fears getting too close to anyone. One day she is at the local coffe shop and runs into a tall handsome boy with hair like a shadow and a nice personality covered by a stoic mask.
