Nicolas River's mother and father died in a car accident, he now lives with his grandmother in downtown Chicago, he tries everything he can to get away from the bullying, the threats, and the anxiety , but it's hard, especially when one of his biggest secrets is spilled,- he's gay, just to help him out, his grandmother enrolls him into 'The Hug Therapy Program.', where he meets Collin Myers, a young digital artist with nowhere to go other than his bother's attic, they meet up, they talk, they cry, they hug, then, they hookup, not realizing what kind of chaos awaits them once they enter Water-Ridge High School for Senior Year.
