Lucy Tate attends Jason High, She is smart and pretty. She is very loving and has great friends her bestfriend is Hanna Canton. They have been bestfriends for a few years now Lucy meets a girl named Emma Jackson. She seems so quiet at first until Lucy and Hanna find out that her step father has been beating her mom and hitting her. Lucy and Hanna report the abuse to the police and he goes to jail. Lucy feels bad for Emma and her mom so she asks her mom if they can stay with her just to get away from the house. Her mom agrees and they stay Emma thanks Lucy for making them feel safe again.
