They talk about there only being 4 archangels but they forget about the last and youngest one, Oliwia.
When her brothers were fighting in Heaven, she flew down with Gabriel and helped people all across the globe. She hears on the angel radio that a certain Winchester had gone to hell. She has a simple order from her father to help several other angels to bring him back.
From then she goes and lives in Heaven with Castiel and all the other angels, causing trouble like she used to. Playing tricks on her brothers and sisters. Having rising the smaller angels.
Dean Winchester and Bobby Singer fill a barn full of signs they've ever seen, trying to figure out what, helped Dean out of hell, is. Castiel and Oliwia enter together, having a small chat with Dean and then leave.
As the months carry on, the Winchester brothers get to know Oliwia and Castiel, become their friends as they both rebel for them. Oliwia had always been the trickster in Heaven but not on earth, she found peace and love. That is until the seals start getting broke.
