Dove Peresoph was living a decently normal life for a high schooler with a single, alcoholic mom. Until one day when she gets a mysterious phone call of  three words "We need you." Dove thanks nothing of it, until it happens again. And a third time.
And when a boy mysteriously appears inside her house one night, telling her that she was actually a hero who worked for the International Mutant Control, tracking down illegal genetic experiments, who had her memory meddled with and was let go. Now, as she races to help her new (old?) friends, she struggles to piece together her relationships and past.

Adlet Blacksteel is the newest edition to the E.H.P.D., his skills and experience as a hostage extractor makes him an invaluable edition. Joined by his new partner, Jenna Jones, he pursues a secretive manhunt for the Soldiers Of The New World, an underground E.H. crime organization that has a hand in all that is illegal, and their mysterious leader: String, who, seemingly, has eyes and ears everywhere. While Adlet and Jenna intend on doing this by the books, their unsavory past with two of String's captains may muddy their judgement, or, more accurately, it already has. As String's ambitions grow beyond just controlling the city's underbelly Adlet and Jenna are forced to take action with an ally he did not desire. While prejudice against E.H.s reaches it's peak because of a horrific tragedy, the Soldiers of the New World waste no time to expand their reach and rally for their cause of taking over the city. This virus wasn't dangerous because he helped people. Slowly children started to gain a special gift. It was rare for people to get this gift that everyone wanted. They had powers beyond their dreams! Soon enough during the 19 century Mafias became something big. Dipper and Mable's parents passed away when they were five. There uncles left them at the age of twelve when they left on a trip. Now there 17 and still living because of Dipper became a shop keeper and a thief. Mable never knew that Dipper started to steal stuff to survive in this world. Everyone Loved Dipper because he was so helpful to them. What they didn't realized is that Dipper had been stealing there money and jewels this whole time. Dipper uses his shop keeper job as a cover up this whole time. There the second highest gang in Gravity Falls called "Demons.". The leader of the group is Bill cipher. His gang members are William(Will) cipher, Star, Andrew and Lady widow. The Demons were like family. Bill and Will helped them when they needed it the most and now they were family. They all have The Gift that everyone wanted. The highest Gang of them all is a young man that doesn't have a team. He's a solo man. No one's ever meant him in person before, but one little lady. When Dipper meets Bill something changes in the leader. Something that can effect his team that he calls family. Or Something that can effect his life forever.
