Berenice walks down the dark street on the side walk as rain pours down on her. She tries to make it to her home befor dark but has completely faild. She feared the man everyone talked about in gotham. Although she never had seen the man. She feared the talk about him. Who wouldn't. He killed for fun. His laugh could be heard at night. And the dark night of the city always behind him. Berenice comes to a sudden stop as she hears a loud car engine. Not one but two and that laugh that could haunt........Dreams. Two cars zoom by one painted purple the other black as the night and resembles a bat. The purple car which she can now see is a Lombardi and has one of its dark tinted windows down. Her gaze lands on a man who will change her future.

But the Batman brought along his long time protege, Batgirl. After a close call with The Dark Knight, the gunslinger runs after giving a good bone breaking kick to Batmas knee. But leaves behind some blood from the fight and a matchbook with his fingerprints all over it. And who should pick up the matchbook and swabbed the small droplet of blood than Batgirl at the behest of Batman. The only trick is he asked for the blood. Not the matchbook. Now there are a few questions that are bound come up, One. Will this new city anti-hero join the Bat Family or will he be on Batman's most wanted list? And Two.
