Life isn't easy for sixteen year-old Taiga Ryder, with an overprotective mother, a severe case of spine disorder and an unknown destiny for her to fulfil.  The tales of the Pentatuchs were unheard and forgotten by most people. Five hundred years have passed since the last time they were in action, five hundred years since the sacred ring of Five was complete. "Accidents" have always prevented the rest of the Pentatuchs from discovering the last remaining and most important member, but a new generation of young and inexperienced Pentatuchs are more determined than ever before. With time slipping away, they have the aberrant task of finding the legendary Fifth link and somehow training that person to become powerful enough to fight against an ancient enemy. Soon they will realise that determination will not be enough to restore the scattered Pentatuchs and its legacy.  Throughout the centuries, mortals have tried to be like the heavenly beings, gifted and immortal, by gathering information that is forbidden for mortals to have. In legends they say, that there is a sword, fallen from heaven and was placed within the reach of mortals and immortals. And every generation, a chosen one is picked by fate, who would be able to retrieve the sword and attempt to restore the imbalance of heaven and earth.  Add in a caffeine ravaged female, a handsome devil with a fiery attitude, a bipolar pervert with a passion for topiaries and a ringleader with a deadly stare and what do you get?  One hell of an adventure

Waking up with people staring at you was not weird but knowing you're a demigod would drive you insane. Plus, the horrible gift his dad gave him which was said to be the cause of his death. Zac tried to convince himself that the gift adds up to his 'ladies charm' but ended up killing the idea when he met Rachel. Leo thought of giving up. After the great fight with Gaea, he was still the seventh wheel. He was starting to think that Piper's mom (Aphrodite) cursed him. No one dared to date the 'hot' guy who saved the world. But the arrival of Steph was the final straw. Steph destroyed their relationship even before it started. But he couldn't shake the feelings out. But then again maybe it's Aphrodite messing with his feelings. In a world divided into four groups, there is a role for everyone. Every group has their own realm found in each corner of the country they share. The top right corner has the largest population. There lives the people of the Mystery Realm (M.R.) They're the police force, detectives and prosecutors. They're the only realm which carries weapons of any kind. However, they don't kill. While they do value law and order, they don't like violence and tend to avoid it. The bottom left corner has the second largest population. The people there are born with unique powers. They're called the Supernatural Realm (S.R.) They tend to be optimistic and stubborn. They value relationships and would do anything to keep the people they love safe. The top left and bottom right corners are tied in regards to population, however, that is the only thing they share in common. These two realms couldn't be more different. In the top left corner is the society of the Technologically Enhanced Realm (T.E.R.) The people here develop technology the other realms could only dream of. They don't socialize with others and tend to keep to themselves. They understand complex equations and theories, however, they have a hard time understanding human emotion. Finally, in the bottom right corner lives the peaceful and happy people of the Primitive Harmony Realm (P.H.R.) The people here lead a simple life and believe in nature and its gifts. Because of that, they were blessed with healing abilities and elemental gifts. Additionally, the herbs they grow are just as magical as the people themselves. Their carefree and charismatic tendencies cause them to always believe the best in people, even when they shouldn't. For years everyone stuck to their roles and never tried to become anything else-until one day, everything changed...

Then you started working your magic and you cosy up to the male lead who was supposed to get you killed or you make the demon lord fall in love with you so he can protect you from your imminent death. And woah you got your happy ending. But now let's imagine a completely different scenario where you end up in a book you read like 10 pages of (including the ending). And you find yourself literally dropped into the lap of a psychopathic rival who enjoys just a teeny bit of bloodshed. He's also the guy who killed your favourite character and not to mention you. But then you hold on for a second because you realise you're not dead and he wants to use you as an immortal tool to sharpen his aim. Well that's the story I ended up living in. Unfortunately, some disasters strike up when her mentor is unavailable to attend her as he suddenly goes 'sick'. She soon finds someone, striding through the door claiming that they will help her and teach her how to use this staff. And that someone, isn't someone to be trusted. Marie finds herself tangled up with disasters and broken up portals leading them to their disaster. Now she can only rethink back her life decisions when she realized, she messed up, pretty bad. Well, what a nice way to start ruling your Kingdom Marie.
