It was my birthday. We were just walking down the street. And it ended with my sister being murdered in front of my eyes. The reason she died? Batman. The reason I'm alive? The Joker.

**BOOKS 1 AND 2!**

When Meredith's sister is brutally murdered before her eyes, she vows revenge on Batman for allowing it to happen. So, she teams up with the one that saved her - The Joker - and becomes The Aster; an avenging fury fixated on destroying the Dark Knight. 

Before she would have given anything to change her imperfetly regular life of cheerleading, divorcing parents and always feeling second to her flawless sister. But now that's all gone and she's double-crossing and playing the two most powerful and dangerous men in Gotham against each other. 

But as she starts to find out dark things about her past she starts to realise - who's side is she really on? 

Maybe it doesn't really matter, because one thing is becoming increasingly clear: she may not make it out alive.

After multiple kidnappings of his love, Sarah White, Bruce tries to protect her every chance he can possibly get, even after there was a "surprise" that came with Sarah. But everyone knows Bruce will have to put his feelings to the side, or will he manage to handle everything, without showing his real identity as Bruce? 14 year old Jade Knight is the Jester, adopted daughter of The Joker and Harley Quinn. She's been with them since she was a young child but spent a few of those years training with assassins. She is meant to take over the role of being the Joker but to do so she has to kill Robin. Robin is guessed to attend Gotham Academy so Jade is sent there undercover as a new student but finding Robin is harder than it looks. She makes a friend called Dick Grayson and after a while he starts to make the things the Joker and Harley put into her head go away and she sort of changes and realises she doesn't actually want to be the Jester anymore. She finally tells Joker and Harley she doesn't want to be the bad guy anymore but they don't accept it and try to kill her. She's then saved by the league but when she wakes up Joker is gone and left a broadcast announcing that Jade was the Joker, the one thing she feared most of becoming and it breaks her making her loose what's left of her sanity. Nearly two years later she finds out that Dick didn't die and that he was under a new name, Nightwing. But will his return be enough to reverse her being the Joker or will she still stay insane?

This Fanfiction takes place in the Arkham Video game series. I found myself in love with the story line along with the game play, but I will admit that when the Joker passed in Arkham City it took me a long time to play the other games.There are many spoilers if you have not played the games and you're wanting to know what happens. This story continues on the next generation following the plot line of Shara Kyle, the daughter of Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle. Within the plot line of the Arkham video games, there was a easter egg about Harley being pregnant and after the Joker died she lost the baby. So I did my research on the subject and there are different stories in comic books about Harley and Joker having children. With that I wanted to explore the storyline of the next generation of villains and heros set in this time and plot line.

The League of Assassins, run now by Thalia a Ghoul. Need a new heir, they know they cannot get Damien back to their cause, so there only option, get another child. They know of the perfect candidate, the only problem, she is a world icon and guarded constantly. They have the Laserus pit to revive anyone, but they need to wipe said girls memories. Will they be able to enact there plan?

They are rarely at the manor anymore, mostly because it felt empty without Bruce there. One night, the boy wonder crosses paths with a thief that he has ran into once before. He never got her name and never bothered to look into it. The last time he's seen her, his father was still alive. The last time he's seen her, she was stealing something small. What happens when he finds out that this thief is one no other than the daughter of Harley Quinn and the Joker? What makes the girl so special? (I do not own the characters in the book. Finally one night he was hot on the trail of Rupert Thorne and had him cornered in a high class estate in the hills. The Dark Knight and The Gunslinging Lawdog have their first encounter. But the Batman brought along his long time protege, Batgirl. After a close call with The Dark Knight, the gunslinger runs after giving a good bone breaking kick to Batmas knee. But leaves behind some blood from the fight and a matchbook with his fingerprints all over it. And who should pick up the matchbook and swabbed the small droplet of blood than Batgirl at the behest of Batman. The only trick is he asked for the blood. Not the matchbook. Now there are a few questions that are bound come up, One. Will this new city anti-hero join the Bat Family or will he be on Batman's most wanted list? And Two. Will Barbara Gordon find the mysterious gunman and be able to tell him how she feels and will he reciprocate?
