This is my Undertale theory of the whole storyline. I've read many au's and other theories and out of my favorites I have combined my favorite parts in each one to make my own Theory Story.
NOTE!
Now I know that Frisk and Chara are agender but I am going to portray them as girls. So if you have a problem with this just don't read it.

Two Lover's One Adventure (Charisk)
This is a charisk book if you don't like don't read also genders are decide and are mentioned later in the book. This book will follow Frisk and Charas last journey through the underground and there growing connection as friends, will this bloom into something more or will both their backgrounds and personality's clash and destroy all that could have been. I own non of the pictures I'll try and find the original artist and credit them in the chapter Also there will be not a lot of angst and a lot of fluff because that's what I like Undertale and all characters in this book are owned by Toby fox

(WARNING!: DISCONTINUED) You are Y/N Wingdings, and you are trapped in an eternal time loop of death and genocide so after getting tired of seeing everyone you care about die you decide to take matters into your own hands by absorbing the 6 human souls plus the one that put in this time loop, frisk. This basically follows the storyline of "the Thought" undertale comic but after your fight with Gaster an attack from Chara caused a rip in space and time sending you to a completely different multiverse. all the stuff I use in this story is not owned by me RWBY belongs to Rooster Teeth, and Undertale belongs to Toby FoxComplete
Undertale: Determination's Demon.
After constantly being rewound back to when he'd first fell to the Underground at the end of netrual run, 13 year old Frisk hears a voice in his head that he'd never heard Before and began to find his body being controlled by another force of some type, forcing him to do Genocide. Will continue in Determination's Destination. Undertale and Characters seen in the games belong to Toby Fox. New characters NOT in Deltarune or Undertale games belong to me. While based off of the cannon game, it is still an AU of sorts, so don't expect 100% accuracy to the game's dialogue and story. This is just my own spin of things, so don't expect things to be perfect.Complete

(UnderTale rightfully belongs to the amazing Toby Fox, I am not creative enough to make that masterpiece. There is a person named symphysins who drew some work of Yandere UT! Papyrus for Sans, and I really liked the idea of a creepy UT! Papyrus and decided to write a short story on it. Also, Frisk can't reset, she never had that ability. The cover is my own art.) "Why is everyone I date dying?" Sans asked, covering his eye sockets. "Am I cursed or something?" "I'm sure you're not cursed, Brother!" Papyrus said, patting his back. "T-There might b-be a Yandere on t-the l-lose!" Alphys piped up. "A Yandere?" Sans asked, tilting his head. "What's a Yandere?" ~~~~~~ Sans felt like something was wrong. Everyone he tried to date ended up dusted, and he couldn't figure out why. So, when Alphys explains to him what a Yandere is, he realizes he might be someone's Senpai. Determined to stop this endless cycle, he teams up with his friends to try and find this psychopath. If only they knew he was closer than expected.Complete

This is an AU of Undertale, which belongs to Toby Fox. Basically, it's what would happen after a Genocide Route, and if Chara had feelings. Instead of quotation marks for dialogue, I used an asterisk, as in the game, and I went with the NarraChara theory, where Chara narrates for Frisk. Instead of different fonts for dialogue, as I could not use fonts, I used bold, italic, underlining, and so on. Because there were so many characters, each type might be used more than once.Complete
Saving Them (an Undertale fanfiction)
The barrier is broken, monsters and humans are living in peace, everyone is happy except for one person. Frisk has been getting waking nightmares about not saving Asriel. They want to save him to erase all guilt and to be with their friend. But Asriel isn't the only one that needs to be saved. Something, someone lurks inside Frisk's soul. Someone deadly and has a hunger for power, and can kill anyone they want. A/N Frisk and Chara are both gender ambiguous in this story. Determined to Stand
After 3 years after Frisk flee the monsters from the Underground. She lives happily up on the surface with her new family of monsters. Well with Toriel, Asgore, Undyne, Alphys, and Flowey left to Washington D.C to meet the president. Sans and Papyrus are left to watch Frisk till Toriel returns home. Chara has plans to take control of Frisk. He wants her soul and to Reset the world again. There is however another person whom lurks beneath the shadows that Sans and Papyrus kept secret from Frisk. Now it's all going to be reveal. So many mystery to solve and secrets to uncrack. Frisk will soon have to face her fears and overcome Chara's evil plans. With the help of old and new friends. Note: Frisk is a female in the story and Chara is a male.Complete
