Mark is lonely, sad and shy but is very intelligent. He only has a few friends but he's fine with that. But one day something changes. He absolutely loves video games but he never knew that they could be so dangerous.
Jack's the opposite of Mark. He's loud, outgoing, popular but he's got a lot of anger stored up inside him. Loads of people are 'friends' with Jack but jack hasn't got any close friends and that makes him quite lonely, just like mark but they feel lonely for different reasons.
Even though they both live in different countries they get forced to meet each other because of a game called gamers glitch.
Now they have to work with each other, which isn't going to be easy. They have to work against the clock so they can not only save themselves but other people too.
