She never asked for this. For the awful experiments and constant abandonments. She tried so hard to forget all of that, to leave it all behind. However fate had other ideas and it throws the one person that can make her lose all control into her school. Now she is left scrambling to get her life back under control or succumb to the monster that was left for dead all those years ago.

The Red Rule
WARNING: ORMLING Lingling Kwong never took her studies seriously. Her constant mischief led to her being expelled from countless schools. Eventually, no college would accept her. Realizing she needed to change, she decided to enroll in a remote school that was completely independent of government regulations. The best part? It was tuition-free and provided free room and board. All she had to do was bring her personal belongings. It sounded too good to be true, but she had no other options. The university had a strange set of rules that seemed almost like a joke. One of the most bizarre was, 'No wearing red after six.' It was ironic, considering their uniforms were red. But after witnessing firsthand the consequences of breaking this rule, she realized it was no laughing matter. It was a warning. Sometimes instincts hold you back and impulsiveness save you from death.

Ever since she could remember, the experiments had been part of her life. As a child, they were harmless-just puzzles and strange potions given to her by the woman she called Mother. Back then, she believed it was all a game, a way to make her smarter, stronger. But as she grew, the tests changed. They became invasive. Painful. Each experiment carved new scars into her skin and left her mind tangled in unanswered questions. The woman she once trusted had become a stranger, her warmth replaced by cold calculation. And then the voices started. A shadow lurked within her, whispering, clawing at the edges of her sanity. She wasn't alone in her own body-something else had been forced inside her. Something ancient. Something hungry. Now, she's free... but for how long? Being trapped inside one place most of your life is suffocating. So I took it upon myself to go behind my mother's back every chance I got to leave. I never thought that one day I would be caught. My mother agrees to let me go to school with the neighboring pack's alpha. She only agreed to prove to me that was a monster to other species. To her a Vampire demon should never be left unattended.
