Together Tomorrow

Every super hero has their demons and haunting thoughts, and Steve Rogers is no exception. He has suffered for the sake of his country and gotten little in return. Even after a year of being thawed, and having fought in the battle of New York, he has few friends, if any, until that is, he meets his newest neighbor.
Lea Faylin, the new neighbor from Texas, decides that Captain America needs the support of a friend, even if he may not realize it. She pushes Steve to open up and helps him adjust to the modern and alien times he finds himself in, while he saves her from her past that comes back to kill her.
