Wings of Night: Darkness Lurks (A WoF Fanfic)

Long ago, Darkstalker was released into the world for a second time when his power was returned from the burned scroll, and the new Dragonets of Destiny(as Kinkajou liked to call them) had to rise up and face him. They managed to lure him to the old kingdom of night with the help of Foeslayer and end it all there. His cold, clutching grasp over Pyrrhia came to an end at their very talons, permanently. Once the deed was done, the six, Moon, Winter, Qibli, Kinkajou, Turtle, and Peril, separated and went their own ways as friends.

Now, nearly five years since the dark days, all the tribes have made up and Pyrrhia is at peace... until a certain NightWing dragonet hatches. Her egg was found alone in the rainforest at night by a NightWing and no one knows where she came from. All anyone really knows about the little enigma is that she was hatched under two full moons and has both of the ancient NightWing powers: future sight and mind reading. However, there is more to the dragonet than just what meets the eye, and something big is about to happen.

The real question is: Is Pyrrhia ready for what is coming next? Or can they not accept it and risk being torn apart?
