Curly Shepard had always been insecure about his natural hair color. So around every month or so, he dyes it black, to match his siblings' hair. He'd been dying it even since grade school. Curly thought it made him look tuff, like a real greaser, not some blonde, country kid. But when he finds his old friend from school at his house one night, with the events that follow, Curly grows fonder of the color yellow.
