Blake Rogers is the Bookworm. She is beautiful, shy, smart, and loves to read. Hence the nickname.
Hayden Clark is the Jock. Excelling at sports has always been his forte. Unfortunately, he is also a self centered, egotistic, and cruel jock.
His grades suffering, Hayden is forced to find a tutor or he will be kicked off the football team and lose his position as captain. Blake is the only one who is willing to help him, but his attitude isn't helping at all.
Both suffering from childhood traumas, the Bookworm and the Jock need to find out how to chase away the Beast from inside them, but neither know how to do it themselves.
