Hannah Emmerson was a loser. She was overwieght. She was covered in acne. She was the only wolf in her pack that hadn't shifted. Her own brother, Bryce, ran away from the pack becasue of the way they treated their family. And Hannah followed suit.

For years, Hannah took cover in many abandoned houses in Serriton, only to stumble upon the Underground, a fight club. Hannah finally felt like she belonged, and they taught her, helped her, and even gave her a place to live and money to attend school.

5 years after she left, now at seventeen, beautiful, shifted and average weight, she's one of the best fighters in the state, and planning to make it to the best in the country. Her old pack doesn't bother her... until one of them shows up at Underground, asking for help. And that one just so happens to be the new Alpha. Her old bestfriend. The one who left her alone.
