What if there was an anomaly in the Underground? No, not Frisk. Not Chara either. Someone else entirely. How could a few measly children stand to this supposedly immortal foe and save the Underground from destruction? Is it even possible to do so? Only one way to tell... ~o0o~ Disclaimers before you start! •There is NO fanon ships. That means no Soriel, Papyton, etc. The only ships are Torgore (in the past) and Alphyne. •This is NOT an x reader. I dislike those types of stories. The reader will have no part in this, and they will not be shipped with anyone. •This exists outside of canon to an extreme. For example, Frisk is the second human and not the eighth. •There will be OCs, but only for a few humans and they still technically exist in normal Undertale. •There is a sequel. I'm planning on rewriting it after this one, as it is much more random and definitely needs it. Clanky, plot holes/retconning, etc. It's more of an OC thing, to explore them and their issues, than an Undertale thing, but it has its similarities. •There will be some explicitives. It won't be unnecessary or excessive, only when it fits the situation and character. I will not be using any slurs, as that's just plain disrespectful, even if some of them apply to me. Credits: Undertale, obviously, created by Toby Fox and Temmie Chang. "The Time Before" by ANinnyMouse42 is the backstory for Sans in this AU with some adjustments (mainly since that was very close to my original idea before I read it and I don't want people to think I copied their masterpiece or smth, if you haven't read it please do so, it's really good). Some things will be in reference to the other books in the trilogy or "From War to Science" by Emotistic-optimistic. If you haven't, read that too. It's really good (along with its sequel). A Story about 2 humans in the Underground, Illys and Lily One with DETERMINATION and one with PATIENCE. ---------------------------------------------------------- Lily, a 16 year old girl who fell 2 years prior to the events (she was 14). She lived with Toriel in the RUINS ever since. Illys, your typical 13 year old girl. She grew up being distant and alone, and although that, she was actually a pretty curious kid. She heard about the infamous Mt. Ebott so she decided to see it herself. When she reached the end, she still felt like something was missing, so she did a RESET. Over, and over, and over again. ---------------------------------------------------------- This is like a 'Classic Undertale + 2 OCs' kind of story, so everyone else would have the same personality and appearance and stuff (Illys replaces Frisk as a protagonist.)
