The story continues after the sailor senshis defeat Sailor Galaxia to take over the galaxy.
    Peace on the galaxy has been returned. And on the year 2030 Sailor Moon (Usagi Tsukino) has been crowned as Neo Queen Serenity and gaved birth to Chibiusa at the age of 20 y.o. 
    After that joyful moment a large asteroid is about to hit Earth. Neo Queen Serenity (Sailor Moon/Usagi Tsukino) uses the power of the legendary silver crystal to fend off the asteroid.
    The asteroid disappeared and Neo Queen Serenity collapsed due to over power usage. 
    At the hospital she awakened.......
