Brian has been running from destiny for too long. Finally, the beings who ultimately control everyone's lives have finally caught up with him on Halloween. He thinks it is a kid's prank, but soon realises, this is no prank. The controllers need to make him learn everyone is unable to cheat their destiny/
Melanie arrives home, instantly realising how cold the house has grown and she no longer has the feeling of Brian in the house. The beings who took Brian soon learns the reasons for the house being cold and he should have left her a while ago.
She is afraid of not feeling any part of him around her and wishes to feel his presence all the time, but soon realises that when a person cheats destiny, there is a price to pay.
Sometimes that price is not liked by the person left behind, and they will do anything to hold onto a memory forever.
