I'm not your normal teenager. Normal teenagers go to movies and "hang out" with their friends during weekends after a long week of school. Normal teenagers worry about things like acne and school exams. Normal teenagers have a normal family and normal life problems.

Me?

For me normal is killing monsters that go hunt in the night. Normal is worrying about not getting bitten and ending up dead or turning into some kind of mutated monster. Normal is having two parents who are the most powerful warriors in all of Shadow World. But what's not normal and you can never get used to is loosing the people that you love, that's why when my parents disappeared I made an oath.

I will find whoever took them from me and make them pay.

It was a normal day, until we heard those static noises. The next thing you know everyone is running out the classrooms. I can hear students screaming and running. When I step out I see bodies all over the floor. My old friends covered with blood, like a red blanket covering them. Follow as a group of students try to escape this hell. Their past catches up to them. They have to face reality and stop trying to hide the past. What they didn't expect was for the past to catch up so quickly. This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else.
