Laira Pauzart a graduating student and a magus was chosen to be one of the participants of the most feared, ruthless and unforgiving game, the Shadow genesis games. Amidst her growing despair of being chosen, her lover, Jeffrey Euridas supports her all throughout the fighting. But as luck and wits push her further, she becomes more and more knowledgeable of the true nature of Genesis Historia.
