Alaska is starting her third year in college and this year, her sister is joining her on the campus of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Devyn is going to be a freshman and she's pretty intimidated, especially since she's lived her life in Alaska's shadow. While settling, Alaska takes it upon herself to introduce her little sister to the perks of college life starting with an epic frat party. While both in an intoxicated state, the girls happen to meet a certain group of guys. With the new college buddies the girls become prepared to have their best school year of the lives.
