"Life, simply a word we use to define our existence."
The life of Alex(The main character of my story), holds alternate meanings. He is continuously caught in between the understanding of the world he thought he knew, and the world in which he will be forced to become a part of. Throughout the story, Alex makes many friends and companions, that he would otherwise go ballisticly insane without, due to the fact that its not exactly easy for a 16 year kid to enter an alternate reality, and then to be told he is someone else, while being depended on to save a dying world. He is also met by by angelic beings called, "The Elders", who guide him throughout the story. They teach him much about the journey he is forced to embark on, and eventually get him to realize who he truly is.
This is a story that will leave you asking many questions. It will teach the reader all sorts of life lessons, and contains many thoughts on phylosophical ideas. This story was in fact, inspired by The Kingdom Hearts series. As you can tell, many of the characters names are very bizarre, but hold reasons for their uniquety.
Long ago, our planet was visited by beings from another world, and they built cities here and created human beings here based on their own DNA but modified to suit the Earth's environment. We humans referred to them as their gods, who taught them the knowledge of their world, on which our world was modeled after. But alas, they were flawed beings, just like us humans. They had complicated romantic relationships with each other and with humans, and also led human populations to fight war with each other using weapons of mass destruction over their petty disagreements. Human beings are still part of that legacy.
A group of enlightened people who have reincarnated many times from those days to learn that this is not the way forward. Pooling their resources together, they have decided to try and put an end to this vicious cycle once and for all. But how much do they know? How much control do they have over their destiny? Will they succeed? Or will they fall prey to the machinations of their enemy, whose identity they don't even know.
