Ever since birth, Dana's life has revolved around aliens and ufo's. Her parents are experts on anything to do with the extraterrestrial, and they travel the country to speak at conferences, and investigate alleged ufo crash sites while dragging around their daughter. Dana hasn't believed in aliens in a long time and is convinced her parents are paranoid and obsessive.
Their most recent move brings them to Sequoia Falls, Montana where a top secret branch of the gouvernment has supposedly covered up an alien encounter.
Dana knows it's a hoax. Or at least she does until her gorgeous neighbour Xander, saves her life as she's dying of hypothermia.
After that it doesn't take long for Dana to realise that Xander, and his sisters Cassandra and Phoebe aren't human. They're something...otherwordly.
